Description
Visa Waiver for Indonesian Citizens Visiting Japan Indonesian citizens holding an IC or electronic passport may enter Japan for up to 15 days visa-free by completing a pre-registration of their trip. The Japan Visa Waiver application can be submitted up to 14 weeks prior to the intended travel date.

It is recommended that the bank statement reflects financial stability, with no sudden or unusual fluctuations in balance or transactions, to improve the likelihood of visa approval.

A statement confirming that the applicant will return to Indonesia after the approved leave period
Signature and official company stamp

Business License
(e.g., Akta Pendirian or NIB) clearly showing your name as the business owner
Company Financial Statement
If You Are a Student:
Statement from Your Educational Institution
Confirming your status as an active student, printed on the institution’s letterhead and signed by the appropriate authority.
