Visa Requirement

Original Bank Statement for the Last 3 Months
The statement must be wet-stamped by the bank as proof of authenticity.
It is recommended that the bank statement reflects financial stability, with no sudden or unusual fluctuations in balance or transactions, to improve the likelihood of visa approval.
The bank statement must clearly show:
Applicant’s full name and address
Bank account number
- Maximum file size: 2 MB (1 photo required)
- Photo must be recent: Taken within the last 7 months
- Accepted formats: *.JPEG / .JPG / .PNG
- Color photo with a white background
- Proper composition: Face must be clearly visible, centered, and well-lit
- No editing or digital alterations permitted
- No accessories allowed: Including glasses, hats, or headwear (except for religious or medical reasons)
Proof of Occupation Requirements
Please provide the required documents based on your current employment or education status. All documents must be in English, and should be merged into a single PDF file before submission.
If You Are an Employee:
Certificate of Employment
Must be printed on official company letterhead and include:
Company name, address, and contact number
Full name and position of the issuing officer
Applicant’s job title and employment status
Confirmation of leave approval, including travel dates (e.g., from July 1st, 2025 to July 17th, 2025)
A statement confirming that the applicant will return to Indonesia after the approved leave period
Signature and official company stamp
If You Are an Entrepreneur:
Business License
(e.g., Akta Pendirian or NIB) clearly showing your name as the business owner
Company Financial Statement
If You Are a Student:
Statement from Your Educational Institution
Confirming your status as an active student, printed on the institution’s letterhead and signed by the appropriate authority.

All documents must be clear, up-to-date, and submitted as one combined PDF file.
Scan of Your Latest KITAS or KITAP
Please attach a clear scan of your most recent KITAS or KITAP as part of your supporting documents.
Ensure the document is legible and currently valid.
Please upload a clear scan of all relevant pages from your current passport — including the identity page, visa pages, and any pages containing immigration stamps or endorsements, up to the last page.
An Invitation Letter from a local company, foundation, or institution in China is required, clearly stating the purpose of your visit.
The invitation letter must include the following details:
- Information about the invitee: full name, gender, date of birth, passport number, and other relevant personal details.
- Information about the visit: purpose of travel, intended arrival and departure dates, destinations to be visited, relationship between the applicant and the inviting party, and details regarding who will bear the travel and accommodation expenses in China.
- Information about the inviting party: name of the organization or individual, full address, and contact number.
- Formal details: date of issuance, signature of the individual or authorized representative (if the signatory differs from the responsible party listed in official documents such as the company’s business license, the signatory’s position must be specified), and the official company seal if issued by a company or organization.
